Police in Douglas are investigating an incident which happened in the pharmacy area of Boots in Strand Street on Thursday afternoon.
At around 5.30pm a man verbally abused and intimidated staff.
Police say they take incidents like this very seriously and are asking any witnesses to this one to come forward.
