St Ninians High School rugby receives a boost

The St Ninians High School rugby team were presented with a brand new rugby kit courtesy of Conister Bank. The team which is made up of Year 11 to Year 13 students are aged between 15-18 years and will be competing against the other Island secondary schools in the coveted Schools Shield, they also hope to take the team on tour in the United Kingdom later in 2015.

Andy Bass and Chris Birch from Conister Bank met the team and presented them with their new shirts. Andy said “Team Captain Stephen Isherwood wrote to us when their old shirts simply wore out.  It is our pleasure the provide the new kit, we are delighted to be able to make a difference and wish St Ninians every success in the future”
