Budding Manx Telecom Parish Walk competitors have the chance to gain a valuable insight in what it takes to succeed at the mid-summer event.
Strictly Parish takes place at the Keyll Darree Education and Training Centre next to Noble's Hospital this evening.
A panel of coaches, physios and past champions will offer expert advice in answering questions from the audience.
The Parish starts at the National Sports Centre at 8am on Saturday 20th June with those hoping to cover the full distance of 85 miles having 24 hours to finish on Douglas promenade.
Many enter the race having targeted one of the 17 Parish churches as their finish point and raise money for good causes.
Entries for the 2015 edition are about 200 up on the same time last year.
Strictly Parish starts at 6pm this evening and is expected to last for an hour - doors open at 5pm.
