The economic development minister has been explaining where there will be no food outlets on Douglas promenade during TT 2015.
Laurence Skelly was responding to a House of Keys question from North Douglas MHK John Houghton, who wanted to know if DED would be offering pitches for rent on Loch promenade walkway.
