Patient surveys to provide GP feedback

Online surveys have been introduced to allow patients on the Island to give feedback to their GPs.
The information gathered will identify any problems people have at their local practices.
Chairman of the GP Sub-Committee at the Department of Health and Social Care Dr Alex Allinson says it's important for surgeries to understand the needs of patients.
He believes the surveys will allow GPs to see how well they are doing:Clip 1
