Ronan McDonnell led the rout with a hat-trick.
Laxey edged out St John’s 2-1 at Glen Road.
It was all square in the big clash in JCK Division Two.
Marown and Ramsey Youth Centre shared four goals in the meeting of the sides in second and third place.
Douglas and District gained an impressive 2-2 draw at Pulrose, while Onchan were 4-0 winners at Foxdale.
