Opportunity to play key role in Island’s cultural heritage

Public spirited individuals with the talent and enthusiasm to play a key role in the promotion of the Isle of Man’s cultural heritage are being invited to apply to join Culture Vannin.
 
The registered charity, which encourages people to enjoy and learn about Manx culture, has a vacancy for a lay member.
 
The Council of Ministers is seeking a candidate with significant experience in one or more fields of Manx culture such as arts, crafts, dance, ecology, folklore, history, language, literature and music.

The successful applicant must have a broad understanding of and respect for Manx culture and the drive to assist Culture Vannin in inspiring and supporting a wide range of activities.
