"Design Our Milk Van" Competition opens for 4 to 14 year olds

by isleofman.com 16th February 2015

Isle of Man Creamery is very excited to launch its Design Our Milk Van Competition, giving the Island’s four to fourteen year olds the chance to tell their friends “I did that!”

As well as a seeing their design printed across a brand new Isle of Man Creamery milk delivery van, the winning artist will also receive lots of goodies and a VIP tour around the Isle of Man Creamery for themselves and their whole class!

To make the competition as fair as can be, entrants will be divided into three age groups: 4 to 6, 7 to 10 and 11 to 14 years old. Every competition entry will be a work of art and choosing a winner will be an impossible task, so to make it easier Isle of Creamery will put every design into a box, close their eyes and choose three at random. One lucky overall winner will then be chosen from those three, with the two runners-up also receiving Isle of Man Creamery produce for all the family.

Entering is as easy as can be. Step one; get the Design Our Milk Van Competition form from the Isle of Man Creamery Facebook page.

Step two; fill in the entrant’s name, age, school as well as their parent, guardian or teacher’s name and contact number. Step 3; let imaginations run wild and start decorating your dream delivery van!

After that, step 4 is simply to read the competition entry terms and conditions and circle YES if you agree with them.

Once you’re finished, send your work of art to Design Our Milk Van Competition, Isle of Man Creamery, Ballafletcher Farm Road, Cronkbourne, IM4 4QE.  And remember to make your own colour copy of your design if you want to hang it on the wall, because unfortunately the competition organisers are unable to return originals.

The closing date for entries is Friday 27th February, 2015.
