The pair have signed for Black Eagle Racing and will lead the MV Augusta challenge for victories.
The 25 year-olds will challenge for honours in both the Okells 350cc and Bennetts 500cc races.
Dean Harrison missed the Classic T.T. last year after being injured at the Ulster Grand Prix.
