Airport taxi charges out to consultation

by isleofman.com 10th February 2015

It’s as his department considers introducing a charging regime at Ronaldsway with the introduction of a ?1 fee per pick-up from the airport.

Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne knows such a move would not be popular and says the views of taxi drivers will be taken into account before a decision is made.

However, he says the airport must be put on a more commercial footing.
