Plan for high value houses

by isleofman.com 9th February 2015

Local developer Hartford Homes has applied for planning permission to build eight detached houses on fields off Ballanard Road in Douglas.

Each family property would be worth some ?4million, the developer states. The fields, covering 18 acres of land, are next to Castleward Green and set back from the main road.

The application is for approval in principle for the erection of eight detached dwellings, access and landscaping including the creation of a new area of public open space.
