Texting and emailing at the wheel must stop warns MHK

Motorists using their mobiles to text, send e mails or view data is a 'growing disease' according to North Douglas MHK John Houghton.
The Department of Infrastructure's member with responsibility for highway services, Mr Houghton has been speaking at the launch of its latest road safety campaign.
It aims to make people aware of the financial penalties for, and potential consequences of, using their phone whilst driving.
Mr Houghton says using a mobile while at the wheel is completely unacceptable:
