Landing stage deal talks ongoing, says infrastructure minister

The infrastructure minister insists negotiations to replace the landing stage at Liverpool, where the Manannan docks in the city, are progressing.
Earlier this week, Steam Packet Chief Executive Mark Woodward said a ?15 million replacement scheme could be scuppered without a deal to renew the user agreement with the Manx government.
It runs until 2020, with an option to extend it by a further six years.
