Black Grace Cowley is celebrating, after its January 2015 lettings figures broke the firm’s 20-year record.

The lettings team’s January income was up 43 per cent over Black Grace Cowley’s monthly average, which the estate agent says is sure indication customer confidence in the economic recovery is translating to the property market.

The record-breaking month follows a series of successes for Black Grace Cowley.
November 2014 saw an 18 per cent increase in stock and agreed sales over the same period in 2013, prompting an open evening and the launch of the company’s new charity programme, which aims to raise a total of ?20,000 for local charities over the next three years.
Director Tim Groves says they are immensely proud of the lettings team at Black Grace Cowley and all they have achieved this month.
He says it took a massive effort to achieve these figures and the team showed great commitment and enthusiasm.
