Lloyds Banking has set up a branch of its ethnic minority network here in the Isle of Man.
The group gives a voice to ethnic minority staff who help the recruitment process and support local good causes.
Here on the Island, its chairman is Jean-Paul Nguegang of Scottish Widows, part of the Lloyds group.
Mr Nguegang, who works in the finance department, was born in Cameroon and has lived in the Isle of Man for 14 years, having previously worked in the UK and Cyprus.
He says there are around 15 members, with the network growing all the time as the Isle of Man’s population becomes more diverse.
