ILS China connection offers business vistas

China's awareness and understanding of the Isle of Man is growing - and that's offering new opportunities for the Manx financial services industry.
International corporate and trust services firm ILS has offices in the People's Republic 'tier one' cities - Beijing and Shanghai.
Managing director of the two centres Cindy Cheng reported back on recent activity during a visit to ILS headquarters in Onchan last week.
Cindy's at the forefront of selling what the Isle of Man can offer clients, in several key areas.
She says the Island is an attractive trading platform to the EU VAT zone for China - the largest exporter in the world.
For investors, the Island's well placed to provide corporate structures for real estate investments in London and elsewhere.
Cindy told Marian Kenny China is interested in doing business with the Isle of Man:
