Traff 5 - 4 Bar Logo
Big comeback from the Traff as they fought back from 4-2 down. Started well for the home side as Alan Kinrade beat Dave Lee 2-0, one of Bar Logo's top performers Dave Faragher levels with a 2-0 win over Stevie Radcliffe. John Piekalns then won for the Traff before the Logo boys took over with wins by Chris Clague 4x100 , John Taylor 12 dart leg and Simon Griffin 3x100+ scores before the tides turned as the Traff won all three pairs games to scrape the win.
Plough A 8 - 1 Mitre
Big win for the champions as they demolished a very good Mitre side. Infact the only win for the Mitre was the first match of the night as Michael Quayle beat Andrew Hudgeon 2-1. From this point on they only won 3 more legs such was the showing from the champions elect. Steven Waters hasn't lost in 2015 and is fighting for a masters spot 2-0 win helped. Geoff Howland fresh from his dominant championships on Saturday proved he's still on form with yet another 180 and a 12 darter. James Arneil another A teamer looking at getting in the season finale beat Carl Joughin. Paul Palmer won the battle of the big scorers as he defeated Roy Dunlop 2-0 with a 20 darter. Then the pairs and sometimes they have slipped up but not this week as in all three games they hit at least 6 ton plus scores the best being Hudgie and Jamie ( 180 ) who hit a 16 darter.
Central 5 - 4 Plough B
Jamie Kelly is making a habit of on first and he had a toughy this week as Robbie Crennell took him all the way but it's Jamie who came through 2-1. The home side took over the match as Paul Allison beat Saturday semi finalist Mac MacDonald 2-1, Tony Kennish beat Daniel Callow 2-0 as did Lon Chambers and David Simpson over Geoff Watson and Jamie Leech respectively. John Verrall won another one for the Plough ( thanks for all your help Saturday marking ). It's only short lived as the Central wrapped up the points in the first pairs game.
RAOB 0 - 9 Bar Logo AAA
Four legs but no wins for the buffs lads as the AAA ran riot. The highlights for the Logo outfit were returnie Dave Madden 4 tons and a 177 with also a 19 darter. Jason Smith had 4 ton plus scores as did Conall Hughes before Mark Brawls outdid them with 7 tons. Mark under 10 Quayle hit two tons for the buffs as their own internal battle for most ton scores hotted up but he was pegged back by Neil Crowe who also hit two tons.
There was no winner of the Paul Wheeler Plumbing and Heating highest finish this week.
