Simcocks is pleased to announce the admission of David Wozniak to the Isle of Man Bar.
David, who joined the company in 2012, works in the corporate and commercial department advising on company administration, legal opinions for high value transactions, drafting commercial agreements and drafting trust deeds. David, a former King William’s College pupil, returned to the Island after studying in Northumbria. He has also worked in the private client department and has experience with high net worth estate planning and restructuring, property transactions and Wills advice.
Chief executive of Simcocks, Phil Games, said: “On behalf of everyone at the company I would like to congratulate David on his admission to the Isle of Man Bar. The corporate and commercial department has a great deal of experience and expertise and we have been impressed with David’s enthusiasm and professional approach.”
He was formally admitted as an Advocate at a ceremony before His Honour, Deemster Doyle.
David, a member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Isle of Man Law Society’s Young Lawyers Association, said: “I am delighted to have been commissioned as an Isle of Man Advocate. Simcocks has been tremendously supportive throughout my studies and I am delighted to be a part of such an impressive team. The department deals with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters so I know it will be varied and challenging.”
