Two lawyers at the Isle of Man office of international law firm Appleby have been recognised in the first edition of Who’s Who Legal: Transport, an independent assessment of the world’s top lawyers in the transport field.
Partners Faye Moffett, Corporate & Commercial Group Head, and Simon Cain, Isle of Man Corporate Finance Team Leader, have been recognised as leaders in aviation finance law. Timothy Counsell, Head of Transport & Logistics sector at Appleby Bermuda, has also been recognised for his work in shipping law.

Who's Who Legal: Transport identified leading lawyers from 533 firms across 76 countries following votes from clients and fellow private practitioners. The report addresses aviation law and its three distinct branches: contentious, finance and regulatory. The research also looks at key international trends in shipping law and their effect on the legal marketplace.
