Online travel booking website VisitIOM.co.uk is squaring up to a new challenge - to attract competitors and spectators from off-Island to a monster endurance event.
The site, owned by Douglas-based Mann Link Travel, has been appointed exclusive travel partner for the 2015 Tough Mann Challenge.
VisitIOM was formed last year, to create bundled travel and accommodation packages for events held in the Island.
Tough Mann, to be held on August 1, will see competitors take on a gruelling 10-kilometre obstacle course in the Manx countryside, featuring ice dips, a mud bath, monkey bars and a barrier named The Beast.
The company says it has a series of similar partnerships lined up for 2015.
