Nomads have Shield in sight

Southern Nomads beat Emerging Nomads 47-26 at King William’s College, meaning they need just one win from their two remaining games to clinch the Shimmin Wilson Manx Shield title.
Josh Bowman, Steve McHugh, Neil Collister, Gerard Landels, Jack Sleight and John Ali all picked up tries for Southern Nomads with Tom Duggan converting six.
Adam Young bagged two for Emerging Nomads with their other tries coming from Orry Watterson and Al Wilkinson, with Rob Martin adding three conversions.
