A payday loans company which serves Americans has had its moneylender’s registration suspended by the Office of Fair Trading.
Landmark Lending, registered in Bridge Chambers in Ramsey, trades as Cash It Easy USA online.
Yesterday, the OFT said it had suspended its registration under rules that allow it to refuse an application for registration.
The firm offers loans to US customers at rates of up to 365 per cent APR.
