Organisers of the Isle of Man Crypto Valley Summit have announced the release of the 2014 Crypto Valley Summit Report. Sponsored by Boston Group, the report provides a summary of the day’s events as well as individual presentations by government and industry specialists and discussions on key topics and challenges facing the industry. Hosted at the Palace and Sefton Hotels on 17th and 18th September, the Crypto Valley Summit was the Isle of Man’s first conference on cryptocurrency, where industry experts and enthusiasts came together to discuss the future of this burgeoning sector and how the Isle of Man can play an important part at the forefront of the industry.
Highlights included an opening address by His Excellency Adam Wood, as well as a keynote address from the CEO and Founder of international payments platform, GoCoin. The event also featured lively debates on the topics of banking and card processing for Bitcoin, digital currencies and eGaming, and the case for regulation.
