Second gold for Christian

by isleofman.com 7th December 2014
Manx cyclist Mark Christian has won a second gold medal at Cycling's World Cup meeting at the Olympic Velodrome in London.
Christian and Great Britain's Owain Doull took gold in the madison on day two of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup in London.
The pair gained a lap on the field in a thrilling race.
New Zealand took silver and Germany took bronze.
The Manx cyclist and his partner had to dig deep to prevent Australia taking a lap in the final moments of the 120-lap madison and deny them victory.
