If body building's your thing, you'll want to get your hands on one of a new set of wall calendars featuring some of the fitter men of Mann!
Four of the Islands privately-owned gyms, Carrefour, Nautilus Plus, Elite Fitness and Bodyworx have joined forces to create the Gyms of Mann 2015 calendar.
You can gaze for a whole year at pictures - described as artistic and cheeky - of some of the fittest men in the Island, shot by Pete Williamson Photography.
Printing costs have been funded by the Pokerstars Helping Hands programme with support from Bridson Horrox and proceeds will go to the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group and Craig's Heartstrong Foundation.
The calendars, launched at Carrefour Health Club today (3 Dec), have been produced in memory of Adrian Gilmour, a friend and colleague of the club who died a year ago.
They will be available at Intersport in Strand Street and Up and Running in Bucks Road.
