Does Manx firm own Moscow Airport?

by isleofman.com 24th November 2014
Russian investigators looking into a terror attack in 2011 which killed 37 people and injured 172 say they can’t uncover the true owners of Moscow’s largest airport – which had been owned by a Manx company.

At the time of the Domodedovo Airport attack, the airfield was reportedly owned by DME Ltd, which had its registered offices in Castletown.

However the head of an Investigative Committee looking into the suicide bombing, Aleksandr Bastrykin, said attempts to hold the airport’s management responsible were faltering because it was proving impossible to find its owners.

DME Ltd was dissolved in February 2012.
