Michael MHK Alf Cannan is welcoming the Chief Minister Allan Bell's committment to Tynwald to bring forward a full debate on the Manx economy.
Mr Cannan says too many policy decisions are being announced by individual governement departments without being thought through and without regard to impact elsewhere.
He also says the public is sick and tired of charges and changes being announced on an almost daily basis.
