Sefton Group welcomes new Tahiko nightclub manager

by isleofman.com 13th November 2014

The Sefton Group has appointed Ollie Fisher as the new manager of Tahiko Nightclub.

Born and raised in the Isle of Man, Ollie moved to Tenerife at the age of 21 to work abroad for a season. Ollie ended up staying in the popular party island for 14 years, working at Tenerife’s biggest club, Tramps, where he became General Manager in 2008.

As General Manager, Ollie oversaw the daily running of the club and organised promotions, themed events and bookings, including appearances from a number of celebrities and world famous DJs such as Judge Jules, Vernon Kay, Danny Howard, Dave Pearce, Lisa Lashes, Clubland and Hed Kandi.

After enjoying his career in sunnier climes, Ollie decided the time was right to return to the Island after being offered the position of Tahiko Manager.

Ollie said: ‘I’m very excited to be joining the team at Tahiko, and I hope to bring the success of Tramps and Tenerife to the club. I believe that my experience as a nightclub manager means that I will be able to give the Island’s clubgoers what they want from a night out, and I have a lot of fun ideas for some fantastic nights at Tahiko - I hope to see everyone in there for a drink!’

Brett Martin, Sefton Group Chief Executive, said: ‘We are so pleased to have Ollie on board as Tahiko Nightclub Manager. His experience in the industry is exceptional and we are confident that he will excel in his new role, bringing a wealth of knowledge and ideas to the Tahiko team.’
