Top two set for clash

by isleofman.com 8th November 2014
The scene is set for a big clash in the PwC Mixed Premier Division next Saturday.

That’s after the top two maintained their 100 per cent records ahead of their meeting next weekend.

Reigning champions Bacchas A put five past Vikings A without reply, courtesy of strikes from Jonny Callow (two), Kim Carney (two) and a Tom Evans penalty.

Second placed Valkyrs A were given a scare by Celts before winning 2-1.

Luis Novo-Smith and Gareth Morris scored the goals with a Paul Kelly penalty keeping Celts in the hunt.

Ramsey A saw off bottom club Saracens 3-1, thanks to goals from Juan Kermeen (two) and Thomas Tsitsos.

Regular marksman Stephen Cottier replied for Saracens.
