Heritage Homes, part of the Dandara group of companies, is celebrating after picking up a top ‘Five-Star’ accolade at the recent UK Property Awards.

The company won Best Property Single Unit Isle of Man for ‘The Silverdale’, a five bedroom house type at Reayrt ny Glionney in Lonan.

Heritage Homes was also presented with two ‘Highly Commended’ awards, the first for Ballakilley, Port Erin, in the Isle of Man Residential Development category and the second for ‘The Devonshire’ at Ballanard Woods, Douglas, in the Isle of Man Single Unit class.

The UK Property Awards recognises the achievements of companies across the property industry and attracts entries from hundreds of companies, including developers, architects, interior designers and property agents.

Heritage Homes’ managing director Seamus Nugent said “The awards are judged by a panel of leading industry experts so it’s an honour to be recognised by our peers. I’m delighted we’ve secured a best-in-class for The Silverdale, but also that we’ve been able to build on last year’s success at Ballanard Woods.”

In 2013, the Ballanard Woods development picked up two awards in the North West region, achieving Five-Star status in the Architecture Multiple Residence class, along with Highly Commended in the Architecture Single Residence class for ‘The Henley’.

Dandara also picked up several other accolades for its Aberdeen developments:

Five-Star – Best Architecture Multiple Residence Scotland – Beechwood Grove, Stoneywood
Five-Star – Best Development Marketing UK, Hazelwood
Five-Star – Best Property Single Unit North East Scotland – The Beech, Beechwood Grove
Five-Star – Best Office Development UK – The Point, Aberdeen
Highly Commended – Residential Development North East Scotland – Beechwood Grove, Stoneywood
Highly Commended – Residential Development North East Scotland – Hazelwood

Dandara will now also go on to represent the UK in two categories in the International Property Awards to be held in Dubai in December.  These include the Best Development Marketing UK for Hazelwood and Best Office Development UK for The Point.
