MannVend retains ISO accreditation

by isleofman.com 5th November 2014

Continued investment in systems and processes has enabled MannVend to be awarded ISO accreditation for the fifth time.
Following an examination of its standards and procedures, MannVend has exceeded the demands of the accreditation, which is only awarded to companies that demonstrate the highest quality management systems.
Managing Director Tracey Leahy says the re-accreditation confirms MannVend's status as a company capable of internationally recognised standards.
She says she's pleased its dedication to customer service and quality continues to be acknowledged by ISO.
For a company to attain the standards demanded by ISO 9001:2008, it must commit itself to continual improvement in the performance of its management systems, and to regular surveillance visits.
The re-accreditation process takes place on a three-year cycle, and MannVend has held its accreditation since 2002.
