Island legal firm Cains has acted as legal advisters to Indian film company Eros International PLC on a ?50 million bonds offering.
The 6.5 per cent sterling fixed rate bond due October 2021, will be listed on the London Stock Exchange's ORB trading platform.
Eros is described as a global company in the Indian film entertainment industry, and the Cains Advocates team was led by Mike Edwards and Stephanie Chew and the Fiduciaries team by Oliver Webster.
