Four goals from Hattie Castle, a Lisa Costain hat-trick, doubles from Jade Burden and Melissa Bell and one from Rose Ozga ensured a romp.
League champions Douglas Royal maintained their title push with a 10-2 victory over DHSOB.
Donna Shimmin was the star of the show with a five goal haul.
She was joined on the scoresheet by Angela Waite (three), Rebecca Cole and Sarah Breen.
The in-form Helen Cooper netted both consolations for Old Boys.
Gymns have made it two wins out of two after defeating Colby 6-1 at Tromode.
