The Isle of Man branch of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) is pleased to announce that 100 of its members have become personally Chartered, with Martin Rigg Chartered MCSI, Head of Investment Administration at Nedbank Private Wealth being the branch’s 100th member.
The CISI members who have received their personal Charter have had to meet strict criteria which include demonstrating proof of upholding high ethical values by passing the CISI’s ethics test, IntegrityMatters, and meeting the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
Personally Chartered members must also agree to uphold the CISI’s high standards as published in its professional Code of Conduct.
The CISI became a Chartered body in 2009 joining the ranks of professional bodies such as the accountants, lawyers and bankers.
Martin Rigg said: “I was thrilled to receive my Chartered membership and it is great to see so many of the Isle of Man members achieving this.”
Jonathan Leece Chartered FCSI and President of the Isle of Man branch said: “We are delighted to have reached this important milestone in our branch’s history.
