First Names Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Matt Haynes as Group Business Development Director. Matt’s appointment will significantly strengthen the Business Development team, as the international Group continues its ambitious organic growth strategy.

In this new role, Matt will be based in the Jersey office and responsible for supporting the organic growth of the Group. He will develop key client and intermediary initiatives in addition to new business opportunities across the Group’s 14 locations. Matt will also oversee the Group Business Development team, reporting to Group Commercial Director Kevin O’Connell.

Matt joins First Names Group from Hawksford where he was Director of Business Development and responsible for driving the company’s business development activity and playing an active role in the development of relationships with both clients and intermediaries. Prior to this he held senior Business Development roles at Ogier and Barclays Wealth Structuring.
