Representatives from local yacht ownership specialists Abacus Yachts, will be attending the biggest event on the yachting industry’s calendar next week, as they travel to the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show (‘MYS’) to promote their services for yacht ownership and registration.
MYS will open its doors from 24th - 27th September 2014, at Port Hercule in Monaco, attracting visitors and exhibitors ranging from yacht owners to captains, brokers to advisors and shipyards to suppliers, who will all be taking full advantage of its renowned networking platform to promote their products and services.
Paul Kneen, CEO of Abacus Financial Services Group will represent Abacus Yachts at the show and will be actively meeting with owners and their representatives to promote Abacus’ yacht services and discussing the current state of the industry and its predicted future with likeminded professionals.
The Isle of Man continues to offer a number of advantages for yacht owners who register under the Isle of Man flag and who use the jurisdiction for structuring ownership of their vessel. As a long standing and reputable shipping jurisdiction, the Isle of Man remains to be a popular jurisdiction in the industry, despite new and upcoming jurisdictions emerging.
This year, Abacus have extended their support to promoting the Isle of Man through their membership with the Isle of Man Yacht Forum in which they have joined other providers to the yachting sector in hosting the Isle of Man Yacht Forum’s ‘Monaco Yacht Show Networking Breakfast’ which will be held on 25 September at the Zest Bar and Restaurant in Monaco.
