The deadline is fast approaching for Isle of Man charities to apply for small grant funding from the International Development Committee of the Council of Ministers.
Part of the Committee’s annual budget is used to support smaller, one-off projects aimed at addressing the root causes of poverty in the developing world.
The latest round of small grant funding opened on 21 August and will close at 12pm on Friday 19 September.
The Committee can award funding from ?10,000 to a maximum of ?100,000, although projects requesting donations under ?10,000 will also be considered.
The objective of the small grant scheme is to support worthy causes in a way that is strategic and cost-effective. Charities applying for funding must be registered in the Isle of Man and demonstrate substantial links to the Island.
Applications must be submitted online and forms and guidance notes are available on the Government website at https://www.gov.im/about-the-government/offices/cabinet-office/international-development-committee/funding/
