Crown Dependencies' leaders could have done more in referendum run-up

A political analyst says the leaders of the Crown Dependencies could have, and perhaps should have done more, during the build up to the Scottish Independence vote.
Scotland goes to the polls on Thursday next week.
Anthony Webber, a member of the Guernsey Parliament for thirteen years, says in view of the effect a break-up of the UK could have on the Crown Dependencies' finance sectors, the three chief ministers could perhaps have been more active:Clip 1
