Councillor advocates partnership potential for Island

A senior UK local government official says he wants to enhance links between the Isle of Man and Liverpool.
Richard Kemp, leader of the three-strong Liberal Democrat group in Liverpool, returned home on Sunday, after a five-day visit during which time he met Island politicians, government officials and businessmen.
As international spokesperson for the Local Government Association of England and Wales, he believes there are real benefits to a potential partnership:Clip 1
