Late start for Buddies

by isleofman.com 7th September 2014
Beach Buddies head to Smeale (north) today, to tackle the large amounts of rubbish which have accumulated since the start of the year.
It will be a later start than usual though, because of the End-2-End mountain bike race.
If you'd like to help out, get to Smeale for an 11am start.
Organiser Bill Dale says they're in the middle of a major effort to clear the beaches in the north west from Jurby to the Point of Ayre.
He adds that whilst they've had some considerable success - there's much more to do.
