The charity which offers Island youngsters the opportunity to unlock their business skills is asking the Manx community to help them win a slice of funding from Lloyds Bank.
Junior Achievement has been short listed in a cash award scheme offered each year by the bank's community fund.
The awards range from ?500 to ?3000, with the good causes winning the most votes taking the highest sums.
Junior Achievement chief executive Sue Cook says the organisation is delighted to become eligible for the Lloyds Bank award.
She has asked the public to 'vote,vote, vote' for JA, so it can continue to prepare young people for the workplace 'in an increasingly competitive market'.
Ms Cook says the charity needs to raise ?300,000 per year to offer hands-on learning experiences for 5000 secondary school students.
