MGP riders treated after incidents

MGP organisers say three competitors were injured during racing and practice sessions yesterday.

Two riders were involved in incidents during the 500cc Classic TT.

Andrew Ryder was taken to Nobles hospital by helicopter after coming off at Joey's and is reported to have injured his leg.

Tony Mason was seen by a paramedic after an incident at Windy Corner and is reported to be OK.

Stephen Gowan, meanwhile, injured his left elbow during an accident at Kate's Cottage during practice.

He was treated at hospital and later discharged.
