Appeal after traffic mirror stolen

by isleofman.com 22nd August 2014
PC Robin Arnold of Port Erin Police Station is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying persons responsible for taking a  traffic mirror in the Ballasalla area overnight Wednesday 20th August in to Thursday 21st August.

PC Arnold said “This traffic mirror was installed by the homeowner at his own expense to the cost of ?300 and was installed outside his home between the Airport Garage and the Airport roundabout and was taken during the hours of darkness leaving him with a costly bill to replace. It’s a busy piece of road and without the mirror it creates an obvious danger for him when exiting his property”.

Were you in the area at the time?  Did you see anybody carrying a large object on this stretch of road?

Any information please to PC Robin Arnold on 832222.
