Female bosses still earning less, says union official

Female bosses in the Isle of Man are still earning less than their male counterparts.
That’s the view of a union official, talking in response to a UK report by the Chartered Management Institute about the gendered pay gap.
The report claims women managers earn only three-quarters as much as their male counterparts.

Angela Moffatt, negotiations officer for Prospect in the Isle of Man, says these findings are mirrored by the Island's Earnings Survey:Clip 1
