An inquest has heard how a motorcyclist died from multiple injuries he sustained in a crash earlier this month.

Forty-three-year-old William Neil Walker from Ramsey, a joiner and retained firefighter, was involved in a collision with a car at Bulgham rocks in Lonan on August 6.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

At Douglas Courthouse today, Coroner of Inquests Jayne Hughes adjourned the inquiry to a date to be fixed and offered her condolences to Mr Walker's family.
