Wave and tide warning from police

by isleofman.com 11th August 2014
Police are warning about possible problems around the Island’s coast line over the next day.

Officers say high tides today and shortly before 1am tomorrow morning are likely to see strong winds.

That, in turn, could mean some waves make it onto exposed coastal roads and promenades, bringing sea water and debris ashore.

Although it’s not thought to be a major risk of flooding, police are asking people to take care.
