It is the second year in a row Ynchreenoo has taken Best in Show with a Pharaoh Hound at the Royal, claiming victory in 2013 with Ch Islephar Strike a Pose at Ynchreenoo.

Reserve Best In Show was a Kerry Blue Terrier Michuladh Edge of Glory at Dollagh owned by Stuart Earle and Liz Kelly. Third Best in Show went to Denise Simpson’s Ch Pyroni Valentino of Baldhoon Pyrenean Mountain Dog and fourth Best in Show was the Sheltie Conorvean Tonkin owned by Meg McCourt and Gill Hayes and shown by Mandy Quayle.

There was more joy for Ynchreenoo with the Best Puppy in Show title for the Chinese Crested Ynchreenoo Condoo, owned by Mr Fletcher and Miss Merryweather. Reserve Best Puppy in Show was Afinmore Airs and Graces owned by Stella Crellin.

There were 125 dogs entered for the show, and the judge was Hound specialist Irene Horner from the UK.
