Appeal for witnesses to collision in Santon

Between 1.40pm and 2.00pm on Friday 8th August 2014 a vehicle believed to be a White Van has collided with a Maroon coloured vehicle parked in the layby opposite the Santon Motel, Main Road Santon.
 
The vehicle was travelling northbound when it collided with the parked vehicle causing substantive damage to the driver’s side window and wing mirror. The vehicle failed to stop at the scene and continued travelling Northbound.
 
Police are keen to speak with anybody who may have witnessed the collision or would like to hear from anybody that may have seen or heard anything in the area at this time. If anybody has any information regarding this vehicle please contact PC 309 Robinson on 631212.
