Police have released the name of the cyclist who died in a road accident in Kirk Michael yesterday.
She was 41 year old Kathryn Burge, known as Kate.
She was a physiotherapist who worked for the Department of Health.
Kate’s family is being support by a Police family liaison officer.
The incident happened on the main road through Kirk Michael at around 6pm last night, and also involved a blue Range Rover.
An investigation into what caused the accident is ongoing, led by Sergeant Andy Kneen.
