NHS reform "will take time"

The new team at the top of the Manx Health Service will need a couple of years to produce the changes required.

Health Minister Howard Quayle says the key new appointments, such as Chief Executive Mark Charters, are familiarising themselves with all areas.

However he warns the "new look" NHS isnt going to emerge overnight.Clip 1
